Patrick began his investment career at Lonestar Partners in 1998 as a Research Analyst with a focus on distressed debt and hedging strategies. He left Lonestar to become the General Partner at PTR Partners, LLC. He then had the opportunity to become a portfolio manager at a larger firm, Crown Capital Management, where he developed and implemented proprietary hedging strategies. Patrick then founded the firm PTRC Investments known now as Alta Via Capital.
